Harsh Sales Agency is a packaging and disposables distributor. We hold stock so our customers do not have to, and we print packaging that makes small brands look established.
Built from the counter side of the business.
We started supplying a handful of local restaurants with pizza boxes and paper cups. What kept those customers was not price — it was that we picked up the phone on a Sunday and the stock actually arrived.
That is still the operating model. We carry inventory deep enough to absorb a sudden festival rush, we hold dielines so repeat print jobs need no setup, and we keep a single point of contact per account so nobody has to explain their order twice.
Today the catalogue runs to 103 lines across nine categories — boxes, cups, containers, bags, trays, cutlery, glassware and kitchen supplies — serving cloud kitchens, bakeries, sweet shops, caterers, hotels and retail chains.
Four things we refuse to compromise
Food-grade, always
Virgin boards, food-contact polymers and certified films. No recycled filler in anything that touches food, whatever the cost saving.
Stock you can count on
Fast movers are held in depth. If we list a size, we intend to have it — not source it after you have already promised your customer.
Print you approve first
Dielines, digital proofs and physical samples before plate. Reprints for our error are on us.
One person who knows you
Every account has a named contact. No ticket queues, no re-explaining the order each month.
If it leaves your kitchen in a box, we probably stock it.
